基于SolidWorks的电动储钱罐设计及运动仿真

摘 要:运用SolidWorks的建模技术,完成了电动储钱罐的虚拟设计,并利用SolidWorks motion插件对电动储钱罐的盒盖开关及硬币钩取进行运动仿真,完成所设计机构的干涉检查和运动分析,为简单机械产品的设计与分析提供了解决问题的思路。实践证明,这种方法可有效提高效率,具有良好应用前景。

Abstract:The paper completes the virtual design of automatic money box with utilization of SolidWorks modeling technologies. The paper uses a SolidWorks motion plug-in to do motion simulation involving switching on or off the lid of the automatic money box and hooking the coins within the money box and does interference checking and kinematic analysis related to the mechanisms. It provides a train of thought for solutions to design and analysis of simple mechanical products. The practice has proved that this method can effectively enhance the design efficiency and has good application prospects.
