机械加工企业的精益化生产管理研究
摘 要：伴随着市场化经济体制的确立与深化，企业之间的竞争也日益加剧。生产管理对于机械加工企业的的经济效益和经营发展有着重要的影响，精细化生产管理模式可以确保企业机械加工流程的正确性和机械产品的质量，促进机械加工企业生产管理工作效率的提高和企业管理成本的降低。针对于此本文结合机械加工企业的生产环节，就精益化生产管理的相关概念和策略进行了探讨，希望可以为机械加工企业生产管理模式的改革优化提供有益的借鉴。

Abstract：with the establishment of market economy system and deepening, the competition between enterprises is also increasing. Production management has an important effect on the mechanical processing enterprises in the economic and business development, fine production management mode can ensure the correctness of enterprise quality machining process and mechanical products, improve the work to reduce the efficiency of Mechanical processing enterprise production management and enterprise management cost. Based on this the paper combined with the production of mechanical processing enterprises, the relevant concepts of lean production management and strategy are discussed, hope to provide a beneficial reference for optimizing the reform mode of production management in mechanical processing enterprises.
