浅析建筑经济成本管理中的几个重点问题
摘 要：建筑公司要想获得更多的经济利益就要做好成本控制和管理工作，建筑成本的管理工作是建筑项目管理的重要组成部分，对于建筑公司的发展有着至关重要的作用。建筑经济成本的管理工作包含着许多，主要由成本核算、成本分析、成本控制和成本决策组成。建筑成本的管理工作影响着建筑工作的方方面面，比如人、财、物等等。建筑经济成本管理中的问题决定企业管理工作的特性，本文结合建筑经济成本管理实际情况，对成本管理与控制工作中的重点问题及其出现的原因和应对措施进行了简要的探讨与论述。

Abstract：the construction company to gain more economic benefits to do a good job in cost control and management of construction cost management work is an important part of the construction project management for construction companies have a vital role in the development. Building contains many economic cost management work, mainly by the cost accounting, cost analysis, cost control and cost decision-making. Management of the construction cost affects all aspects of the construction work, such as people, money, and so on. Building economic problems in cost management decided the characteristics of enterprise management, economic cost management of construction actual situation, to have been the focus of cost control and management problems and its reasons and countermeasures discussed briefly and discussed.
