浅析产品开发团队的能力培养与实践
摘 要：培养学生的创意性思维模式，要求学生有对新科技的想象力，对于常见和不常见的问题提出新颖的解决方法。本文通过探讨产品开发团队的能力培养方法，希望进一步加强和鼓励学生充分发挥想象力，并提高产品开发的效率，从而激发学生潜在的创造力，提升产品开发过程的有效性。

Abstract：To develop students' creative thinking patterns, students are required to have an imagination for new technologies and come up with novel solutions to common and uncommon problems. By exploring the methods of cultivating the ability of product development teams, this paper hopes to further strengthen and encourage students to give full play to their imagination and improve the efficiency of product development, so as to stimulate students' potential creativity and improve the effectiveness of product development process.
