基于多维认知结构的产品设计评价研究

摘 要:本文以产品外观设计评价为研究对象,根据多维认知结构的一致性,得出多维评价方法。收集大量正向评价词汇,由评议组进行选择和归类;根据评价词汇的适用度得出初始评价指标;运用主成分分析法提取综合评价因子;运用层次分析法得出综合评价因子权值;通过大样本问卷调研验证多维评价结果的一致性。该方法能提高初始评价指标的可靠性和有效性,任一维度均可得出评价结果,并能够作为评价变量,可以用于产品的外观设计评价。

Abstract: This article takes product appearance design evaluation as the research object.According to the consistency of multidimensional cognitive structure,a multidimensional evaluation method was obtained. A large number of positive evaluation words were collected and selected and classified by the appraisal group. According to the applicability of the evaluation words, the initial evaluation indexes are obtained. Principal component analysis was used to extract comprehensive evaluation factors.Then by the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of comprehensive evaluation factors are obtained.The consistency of multidimensional evaluation results was tested by large sample questionnaire survey. The test results show that the multidimensional evaluation method is consistent. The method can improve the reliability and validity of the initial evaluation indexes. Evaluation results can be obtained from any dimension,which can be used as evaluation variables and are applicable to product appearance design evaluation.
