基于服务设计的数据营销服务策略研究

摘 要:大数据产业在全球快速发展,为传统营销的数字化转型带来了新的机遇,催生出了大批的数据营销服务商。如何利用大量的数据资源,为企业提供更优质的营销服务,建立更加高效的营销模式成为了每个数据营销服务商亟待解决的问题。基于此,文章将利用服务设计相关理论,深入分析数据营销服务系统相关案例,提出改进策略,为其他大数据精准营销服务系统提供理论参考。

Abstract:the rapid development of big data industry in the world has brought new opportunities for the digital transformation of traditional marketing and spawned a large number of data marketing service providers. How to use a large number of data resources to provide better marketing services for enterprises and establish a more efficient marketing model has become an urgent problem for every data marketing service provider. Based on this, this paper will use the relevant theory of service design, in-depth analysis of data marketing service system related cases, put forward improvement strategies, and provide theoretical reference for other big data precision marketing service system.
