鲜花O2O服务的用户体验设计研究

摘 要:随着经济的发展和互联网的广泛应用,人们对鲜花服务的需求日益增加,尤其是体验服务需求。而鲜花O2O服务模式具有结合线上资源和线下体验服务的优势,本文以此为基础,着重于用户体验设计研究。通过问卷、用户访谈的方法构建鲜花服务两大典型场景下的用户模型,并以此模型为依托深入分析对应场景下用户的行为模式及消费流程,从鲜花O2O服务的线上平台、线下服务及服务场景的角度切入,提出用户体验优化及创新策略。

Abstract:With the development of economy and the widespread application of the Internet, people's demand for flower services is increasing, especially for experiential services. In view of the advantages O2O services for flowers in combining online resources and offline experience services, this paper focuses on user experience design of this business model.Through questionnaires and user interviews,this paper builds two user models of flower services in two typical scenarios,based on which a deep analysis of user behavior patterns and consumer processes to the corresponding scenarios is developed, and then puts forward the user experience optimization and innovation strategy from the perspectives of both online and offline, as well as the scenario of the O2O services for flowers.
