健康减脂服务设计研究
摘 要：现今减脂成为了生活中的一种热门话题，肥胖人群的比例逐渐增高，有减脂想法的人也越来越多，但是通过调查发现大部分人的减脂方法还是以节食为主，这种方法存在很大的弊端，对身体健康不利。本文针对这一问题进行了具体的调查和研究，同时以服务设计思维为指导，运用用户体验地图等方法，确定了目标用户，深入挖掘用户的痛点，寻找服务缺口，从而总结设计机会点，为目标用户提供有效的健康减脂服务方案。

Abstract：Nowadays, slimming has become a hot topic in life, the proportion of obese people is gradually increasing, there are more and more people with the idea of reducing fat, but through the survey found that most people's way of reducing fat is still to diet, this method has great drawbacks, adverse to health.This paper carries out a specific investigation and research on this problem, at the same time, under the guidance of service design thinking, it uses user experience map and other methods to determine the target users, dig deep into the pain points of users and find service gaps, so as to summarize the design opportunity points and provide effective healthy fat reduction service scheme for target users.
