浅析新零售模式下的产品创新开发思路与管理

摘 要:本文通过对新零售模式的概念与运营模式的解读,从设计策略、前期调研、用户定位、核心竞争力确立、行销策略制定以及提升消费体验等方面对产品开发流程进行梳理,明确新零售模式下产品创新开发中的核心需求与核心价值,将设计重心转移到改善消费者体验上。同时,寻求新零售背景下产品创新开发中新的切入点,调整创新模式与开发流程,实现消费方式反向带动生产方式转变,顺应新零售的时代需求。

Abstract:This paper based on the concept of the new retail mode and operation mode , from the design strategy, research, users position, establishment of competitiveness, marketing strategy and improving consumption experience for new product development processes, define the core of product innovation and development under the the new retail mode of retail demand and core values, improve consumer experience. At the same time, seeking new point in product design, adjusts the innovation mode and development process, realizes the transformation of consumption mode of reverse traction production mode, and complies with the demand of the new retail mode.
