基于熔融沉积技术的3D打印产品设计探讨

摘 要:随着3D打印技术的不断发展,使用3D打印技术的产品日趋增多,3D打印工艺繁多,合理选择工艺有助于3D打印技术在产品设计中的推广及应用。采用熔融沉积技术的3D打印设备及材料相较于其他3D打印工艺成本相对较低,是目前3D打印产品所使用最广泛的工艺。基于此,从产品设计的角度探讨采用3D打印熔融沉积技术的产品设计意义及设计原则,从成本、材料实用性、产品尺寸精度、改善表面质量问题、后处理几个方面进行探讨,为使用熔融沉积技术的3D打印产品设计提供一定理论指导。

Abstract:With the continuous development of 3D printing technology, more and more products are using 3D printing technology, and 3D printing technology is various. Reasonable selection of technology is conducive to the promotion and application of 3D printing technology in product design. Compared with other 3D printing processes, the cost of 3D printing equipment and materials using Fused Deposition Modeling technology is relatively low, which is the most widely used process of 3D printing products. Based on this, from the view point of product design using 3D printing product design significance of Fused Deposition Modeling technology design principle, from the cost, material availability, product size precision and improve surface quality problems, the post-processing aspects were discussed, for the use of 3D printing Fused Deposition Modeling technology in product design provides a certain theoretical guidance.
