新旧动能转换下视觉传达设计专业改革研究
摘 要：实施新旧动能转换重大工程，在其中离不开人才支持。各高校需要根据自身专业特点，进行专业改革建设。本文通过对视觉传达设计专业在新环境下，明确对接新产业，制定新的人才培养方案来入手，阐述从教学内容与方法、创新能力的培养、建立校企共同体等相关措施进行改革，希望培养出一批适应新旧动能转换下，具备新产业要求的高素质应用型专业人才。

Abstract：Implementing a major project for the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, which cannot be achieved without talent support. The universities need to carry out specialized subject reform and construction according to their own special field of study. This article through under the new environment, the major of Visual Communication Design clearly must link with the enterprise, and formulates new talents training programs. The reforms start with teaching content and methods, the cultivation of innovative capabilities, and the establishment of a school-enterprise community, and it will cultivate a group of application-oriented and high-quality talents required by the new industry, who are adapt to the conversion of old and new growth drivers.
