应用型人才培养背景下环境设计专业教师能力的提升研究
摘 要：随着社会的高速发展，社会对于应用型人才的需求量也越来越大。就高校环境设计专业而言，理论知识扎实、设计能力突出、实践经验丰富、教学模式多样化的环境设计专业教师是提高高校培养应用型人才质量的关键所在。作为高校环境设计专业教师，努力寻求提升自我专业能力的方法和策略，以此来更好地为国家和社会培养人才是时代赋予我们的责任及义务。因此本文以环境设计专业教师自身角度出发，探索提升专业能力的方法策略，希冀能更好地实现教师这一职业的个人价值和社会价值。

Abstract：With the rapid development of the society, there is an increasing demand for applied talents. As for the major of environment design, teacher with solid theoretical foundation, outstanding design ability, rich experience, high comprehensive quality and cultural accomplishment is the key to improving the quality of applied talents in colleges. As a teacher of environment design, we undertake responsibility and obligation to find method and strategy to improve our professional competence so that we can cultivate more talents for our country and society. From the respective of a teacher in environment design, the paper explores method and strategy to improve professional competence, expecting to realize the personal value and social value as a teacher.
