基于服务设计理念的老年人进餐流程优化设计

摘 要:随着社会经济的高速发展,我们国家人口结构呈现老龄化现象,老年人的生理机能逐渐衰退,更希望得到人们的关怀。进餐作为老年人的基本需求,如何能将其进行合理的优化是人们需要研究的重点。本文以服务设计为切入点,充分分析了老年人日常就餐情况,包括就餐前、就餐中、就餐后等方面,并对老年人进餐过程中出现的问题进行研究、从用户体验角度出发,对进餐流程进行优化,提出相应的策略,希望满足老年人的进餐需求并给家庭看护人员减负。

Abstract:With the rapid development of social economy, the population structure of our country presents the aging phenomenon, the physiological function of the elderly gradually decline, more hope to get people's care. As the basic needs of the elderly, how to optimize the meal is the focus of research. Based on service design as the breakthrough point, fully analyzed the elderly daily meals, including pre-dinner drinks, dinner, after dinner, etc, and to study the problems in the process of the old dining, from the perspective of the user experience, optimize the dining process, put forward the corresponding strategy, hope to meet the demand of the elderly dining and family caregivers burden.
