机器视觉系统在智能物流输送系统中的应用

摘 要:智能物流信息系统发展有条不紊,而线下物流输送环节仍有待提高。物流分拣作为物流输送环节不可或缺的部分,传统的人工分拣方式效率低,成本高。为了能够减少人工成本的投入,完善智能物流输送系统,可将机器视觉系统引入分拣环节,自动检查货物,并将处理结果发送给可编程逻辑控制器PLC,驱动执行机构实现货物的分拣。文章通过阐述机器视觉系统在物流分拣、物流运输以及终端配送等领域中更具有多个方面的应用来完成智能物流传输的过程,从而实现物流运输的效益最大化。

Abstract:The development of intelligent logistics information system is orderly, while the offline logistics delivery link still needs to be improved. As an indispensable part of logistics transportation, traditional manual sorting is inefficient and costly. In order to reduce the input of labor cost and improve the intelligent logistics transportation system, the machine vision system can be introduced into the sorting link to automatically check the goods and send the processing results to the PLC (programmable logic controller) to drive the actuator to realize the sorting of goods. This paper expounds the advantages of machine vision system in logistics sorting, logistics transportation and terminal distribution to complete the process of intelligent logistics transmission, so as to maximize the benefits of logistics transportation.
