基于信息设计的个人生理数据洞察力研究
摘 要：本文通过信息设计的个人生理数据洞察力的定性分析，提出了五种个人生理数据的洞察力：状态、历史、目标、差异和原因。这些洞察力表明了信息设计中的个人生理数据呈现方式，并基于个人数据评价得出的洞察力明确指向了用户对于自己身体数据的关注点，以告知用户对行为改变采取的适当行动，为进一步在信息产品中运用行为改变理论提供了研究路径，有利于指导引发行为改变的个人生理数据设计实践，为设计师寻找基于洞察力的信息设计方法。

Abstract：This paper puts forward five kinds of personal physiological data insights: state, history, goal, difference and reason. These insights show the presentation of personal physiological data in information design, and the insights based on personal data evaluation clearly point to users' concerns about their own body data, so as to inform users of appropriate actions for behavior change. It provides a research path for the further application of behavior change theory in information products, helps to guide the practice of personal physiological data design that leads to behavior change, and provides designers with insight based information design methods.
