试论面向工业设计的产品服务设计——以家用儿童看护机器人为例
摘 要：随着信息时代的进步和物联网技术的不断进步，各种智能产品层出不穷，用户通过服务设计产生在不同层面中的认知和需求，相关产品对于用户的体验感来说是一种无形的体验。本文通过阐述面向工业设计的产品服务设计的需求、原则及流程，并进行家用儿童看护机器人服务设计实践，希望能更好地满足消费者的不同需求，设计出更好的产品。

Abstract：With the progress of the information age and the continuous progress of Internet of things technology, a variety of intelligent products emerge in an endless stream. Users' cognition and demands in different levels generated by service design, and the experience of relevant products to users is an intangible experience. This paper expounds the requirements, principles and processes of product and service design for industrial design, and carries out the design practice of household child care robot service, hoping to better meet the different needs of consumers and design better products.
