面向地震受灾群众的服务设计研究

摘 要:文章运用服务设计的创新思维与方法,以利益相关者地图和服务蓝图为工具,对地震过后人民群众的生活状况和存在的主要问题系统进行系统分析。根据以用户为中心的原则,提出大数据背景下的基于各利益相关方的资源整合模式,将原本分散的资源信息和社会各方力量通过服务平台建立了新的联系,在更加高效利用现有资源的基础上还增加了创新的服务价值,不仅解决了现有问题,还能够创造更多的社会效益。

Abstract:This article uses the innovative thinking and methods of service design, and uses the stakeholder map and service blueprint as tools to systematically analyze the people's living conditions and major problems after the earthquake. Adhering to the user-centered principle, a resource integration model based on various stakeholders in the context of big data is proposed to establish a new connection between the originally decentralized resource information and the strength of all parties through the service platform, making more efficient use of existing   resources. It also increases the value of innovative services, which not only solves existing problems, but also creates more social benefits.
