基于康复景观理论的CCRC养老社区景观设计研究
摘 要：文章以CCRC养老社区景观为研究对象，从中国老龄化现状、康复景观的概念及分类、CCRC养老社区的概念及规划方式展开研究，并针对安全性、舒适性、可识别性、可持续性、可通达性、可观赏性、空间多样性、地域性八种设计原则进行分析，为康复景观理论在CCRC养老社区景观中的实践应用提供指导方向。

Abstract：The articles with CCRC（continuing care retirement community）landscape as the research object, from the current situation of aging population in China, the concept and classification of healing landscape, research the concepts and planning methods of CCRC, and for the safety, comfort, identification, sustainability, accessibility, ornamental, space diversity, regional eight kind of design principle is analyzed, provide guidance for healing landscape theory in CCRC landscape in the practical application.
