城市空巢老人交互式情感慰藉产品设计研究
摘 要：文章为了填补新时期城市空巢老人交互式情感慰藉产品的研究空白，以城市空巢老人为研究对象，对其情感慰藉现状进行分析，并结合实地调研与马斯洛需求层次理论，总结出城市空巢老人的情感需求。提出新时期面向城市空巢老人的交互式情感慰藉产品设计原则，通过案例来验证适合老年人情感慰藉的产品交互方式。交互式情感慰藉产品拉近了人与人之间的距离，对提高城市空巢老人生活质量，丰富他们的情感需求起到了积极的促进作用。

Abstract：This Article for fill in the blank of research on interactive emotional comfort products of empty nest elderly in the new era. Taking the empty nest elderly as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation of their emotional comfort, and summarizes the emotional needs of the empty nest elderly combined with the field survey and Maslow's demand level theory. This paper puts forward the principle of interactive emotional comfort product design for urban empty nest elderly in the new era, use cases to verify product interaction methods suitable for the emotional comfort of the elderly. Interactive emotional comfort products shorten the distance between people and play a positive role in improving the quality of life and enriching their emotional needs.
