基于KANO模型与层次分析法的全路面起重机设计研究

摘 要:本文为了深度挖掘用户满意提升效度最好的产品要素,将用户需求准确地反应到设计方案中。首先,建立用户需求库,进而运用KANO模型对用户需求进行筛选分类;然后,利用层次分析法对需求指标做进一步权重计算与优先级分析;最后,以某型全路面起重机的设计开发为研究实例,验证该模型的可行性与有效性。KANO模型与层次分析法相结合的方法,能够实现对用户需求的定性与定量分析,使全路面起重机的创新设计方案更加科学客观,为全路面起重机及其他类似产品的设计开发提供新思路。

Abstract:This paper in order to deeply explore the product elements with the best user satisfaction and improved validity, the user needs are accurately reflected in the design scheme. Firstly, the user requirements database was established, and then the KANO model was used to screen and classify the user requirements. Then the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight and analyze the priority of the demand index. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by taking the design and development of a type of all-pavement crane as an example. The method of combining KANO model with ahp can realize qualitative and quantitative analysis of users' requirements, make the innovative design scheme of all-pavement crane more scientific and objective, and provide new ideas for the design and development of all-surface crane and other similar products.
