智能化厨房创新设计思考

摘 要:文章以智能化厨房为研究对象,在明晰智能化厨房概念与构成的基础上,深层次分析研究智能化厨房现存问题,剖析其中关键点;从便利性与前沿性两方面对智能化厨房中的设计创新切入点与关键点进行思考,提出例如实现智能终端的手势交互、实现CUI语音烹饪导航提示等智能化厨房现阶段较可行且较前沿的创新方法思考。

Abstract:Taking the intelligent kitchen as the research object, the author deeply analyzed and studied the existing problems of the intelligent kitchen on the basis of clarifying the concept and composition of the intelligent kitchen, and analyzed the key points of the intelligent kitchen. From the aspects of convenience and frontier, the author considered the innovative entry points and key points in the intelligent kitchen, and puts forward some feasible and cutting-edge innovative methods of intelligent kitchen at present, such as realizing the gesture interaction of the intelligent terminal,using Conversational User Interface to realize voice cuisine navigation hints, etc.
