面向独居女性的智能陪伴机器人的服务设计研究
摘 要：随着社会发展，城市中选择独居生活的女性群体开始大量涌现，并有逐年增长的趋势。女性安全问题引起社会关注，长期的单身居住也导致独居女性在心理上存在一定的问题。但国内外针对城市独居女性的研究大多仅仅停留在最基本的人身安全层面，未聚焦到其真正的心理需求。文章通过深入调研城市独居女性，对其需求做出真实、恰当地分析，从而提出针对该人群的服务型机器人的设计构想，建立一整套智能陪伴服务系统。

Abstract：With the development of society and the improvement of women's educational level, a large number of female groups who choose to live alone in cities have emerged, and the trend is increasing year by year. Women's safety has aroused social concern, and long-term single living has also led to some psychological problems of women living alone, such as loneliness, anxiety, panic, anxiety and so on. However, most domestic and foreign studies on urban solitary women only stay at the most basic level of personal safety, without focusing on their real psychological needs. In this paper, through in-depth investigation of urban women living alone, make a real and appropriate analysis of their needs, so as to put forward the design concept of service-oriented robots for the crowd, and establish a set of intelligent accompanying service system.
