基于Kano模型的家庭智能茶几设计研究
摘 要：本文首先对智能茶几的设计现状进行分析；然后通过调研得到使用者对智能茶几的潜在需求；结合Kano模型从基本需求、期望需求、魅力需求角度对用户需求进行分类并深入挖掘用户对家庭智能茶几的新需求；最后结合用户诉求分析提出总结家庭智能茶几设计原则，提高用户满意度，希望对智能家具行业的设计提供方案流程。

Abstract：This paper first analyzes the design status of smart tea table;Then the potential demand of users for smart tea table is obtained by research,combined with the Kano model from the perspective of basic needs, expectations needs, charm, classifying user requirements and dig deeper into the user the new demand for household intelligent tea table;Finally proposes user demands analysis summarizes the intelligent family tea table design elements,improve customer satisfaction, hope for smart solution process for the design of the furniture industry.
