三线工业遗产的保护与再利用——以都匀东方机床厂为例
摘 要：三线工业遗产是我国工业文明发展历史的一段重要见证，在保护工业遗址的同时，对其进行合理地开发与利用，实现城市核心功能的转换，提升城市文化竞争力。本文阐述了三线工业遗产保护与再利用的价值，并以都匀东方机床厂三线工业遗产为例，从传承历史文脉、区域协调发展、走可持续发展道路三方面策略下，对工业遗产空间结构、人文环境、自然环境等方面进行改造，希望积极融入城市功能布局，带动区域经济、文化、旅游共同发展。

Abstract：the third line industrial heritage is an important witness of the development history of industrial civilization in China, which contains rich historical value, social value, scientific and technological value and artistic value. At the same time of protecting industrial sites, we should develop and utilize them reasonably, realize the transformation of urban core functions, and enhance the competitiveness of urban culture. Under the guidance of a series of policies of the national, provincial and municipal governments, the third line industrial heritage of Duyun Dongfang machine tool plant has been transformed from three aspects: inheriting the historical context, regional coordinated development, and taking the road of sustainable development, actively integrating into the layout of urban functions, driving the development of regional economy, culture and tourism Exhibition.
