“校村企” 协同下产品设计专业创新创业型人才培养模式研究——以“绣色十八洞”团队为例

摘 要:“校村企”协同是一种新的产学研合作模式,让大学生成为高校、乡村、企业协作共同实施国家乡村振兴战略的核心力量,此举对构建高校产品设计专业创新创业型人才培养有着较大的意义。本文以高校“绣色十八洞”团队为例,探索了在“校村企”协同下产品设计专业创新创业型人才培养的新模式,为培养新时代有社会责任感的创新创业型人才形成了一种新经验,值得进一步验证与推广。

Abstract:"School village enterprise" collaboration is a new mode of industry university research cooperation, which makes college students become the core force of universities, villages and enterprises to jointly implement the National Rural Revitalization Strategy, which is of great significance to the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training of product design major in Colleges and universities. This paper taking the "SHOW COLOR TO EIGHTEEN CAVE" team of colleges and universities as an example, this paper explores a new mode of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents of product design specialty under the coordination of "schools, villages and enterprises", which forms a new experience for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents with a sense of social responsibility in the new era, and is worth further verification and promotion.
