基于工匠精神的艺术类专业人才技术技能培养研究
摘 要：“工匠精神”是培养各行各业重要人才的关键因素，就目前而言，艺术设计类专业在技术技能型人才工匠精神培养过程中还存在一定的问题，具体而言可通过以下几个方面来打造全方位工匠精神人才培养体系：引导学生树立职业理想，在职业生涯规划中形成长期的工匠精神积淀；建立个性化的人才培养方案，形成具有特色的艺术设计类专业“工匠精神”人才培养体系；重视对学生实践能力的培养，打造“工匠精神”人才培养基地；强化艺术设计类专业人才培养阶梯体系。

Abstract：Pick the spirit of workmanship is the key factor to cultivate important talents in all walks of life. At present, there are still some problems in the process of cultivating craftsman spirit of technical and technical talents in art and design majors. Specifically, we can build a comprehensive training system of craftsman spirit talents through the following aspects: guiding students to set up career ideals and grow up in career planning In this period, we should accumulate the spirit of craftsman, establish a personalized talent training program, form a unique talent training system of the spirit of workmanship in art and design majors, attach importance to the cultivation of students' practical ability, build a talent training base of the spirit of workmanship, and strengthen the ladder system of talent training in art and design majors.
