基于服务设计理念的儿童陪伴式APP设计研究
摘 要：本文运用服务设计的方法和工具，对儿童、父母及其家庭进行调查研究，构建出包含服务平台的儿童陪伴式APP在内的陪伴式服务系统，并在实践的基础上探索出儿童APP服务系统设计的方法，促进父母与孩子交流模式的创新，使二者得到心灵和情感的沟通，以达成对儿童早期的家庭教育。

Abstract：This paper service design methods and tools to investigate and study children, parents and their families, and constructed a chaperone service system, including a child chaperone APP with a service platform, and explored the method of designing a child APP service system on the basis of practice to promote innovation in the mode of communication between parents and children, so that they can communicate with each other mentally and emotionally at different times and places, in order to achieve family education for children in early childhood.
