基于组合赋权和欧式范数的产品设计方案评价——以台灯设计为例

摘 要:产品设计方案优选过程缺乏对用户需求的准确考量,将导致确定方案难以满足市场需求。本文针对产品设计两级评价指标体系,首先,提出采用层次分析法和熵值法分别对第一、二层级指标权重,并求积合成最终权重;然后,以评分评价为基础,经问卷调研获取各指标的评分数据,并构造理想设计方案的隶属度向量,用欧氏范数来测度各产品设计方案与理想方案的差距,以此确定最佳设计方案。该研究模式可为产品设计方案评价提供一种新思路。

Abstract: The lack of accurate consideration of user needs in the process of product design plan optimization will make it difficult to determine the plan to meet market demand. this paper aiming at the two-level evaluation index system for product design, first of all, it is proposed to use the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method to weight the first-level and second-level indexes, respectively, and integrate the final weights; The scoring data of the index, and construct the membership vector of the ideal design plan, and use the Euclidean norm to measure the gap between each product design plan and the ideal plan to determine the best design plan.  This research mode can provide a new idea for the evaluation of product design schemes.
