基于MaaS概念的出行体验设计研究
摘 要：本文在Maas（出行即服务）的背景下提出出行体验设计的必要性。通过对国内外设计案例的分析，以及MaaS理念和无人驾驶技术的应用并结合展望，提出新的出行体验设计的思路，以减轻现今各种出行模式给人们的生活带来的体验断层等负面影响。本文希望通过定制化多场景的概念车出行设计，不仅可以促进人、物、车之间的通信和连接的合理化，更可以给人们的生活服务带来最佳体验，且能够对优化人们的生活品质具有重要意义。

Abstract：This paper under the background of Maas (travel as a service), the necessity of travel experience design is put forward. Based on the analysis of design cases at home and abroad, as well as the prospect of the application of MaaS concept and driverless technology, a new train of thought for travel experience design is proposed. This paper hopes to pass the customized multi scene concept car travel design can not only promote the rationalization of communication and connection between people, objects and vehicles, It can also bring the best experience to people's life services, and it is of great significance to optimize people's quality of life.
