探析移动终端APP产品的用户体验影响要素
摘 要：本文从移动终端APP产品的发展现状出发，运用前期用户研究资料与已有用户体验相关理论相结合，探讨了移动终端APP产品的用户体验影响要素，即在预使用阶段的用户体验影响要素为功能吸引力因素、品牌认知度因素；当前使用阶段的用户体验影响要素为可用性因素、稳定安全因素、视听风格因素、情绪波动因素；长远阶段的用户体验影响要素为情感记忆因素。以上研究观点可以为移动终端APP产品的创新设计予以参考和启示。

Abstract：this paper starting from the development status of mobile terminal app products, combined with previous user research data and existing user experience related theories, discusses the influencing factors of user experience of mobile terminal app products, that is, in the pre-use stage, the influencing factors of user experience are functional attraction factor and brand awareness factor; the influencing factor of user experience in current use stage is usability In the long-term stage, the influencing factors of user experience are emotional memory. The above research points can provide reference and inspiration for the innovative design of mobile terminal app products.
