新农居建筑设计探索——以南上庄村新农居设计为例
摘 要：新农居建筑设计是一个时代发展的产物。随着人民经济水平的发展和日益提高的审美能力，人们对于新农居改造以及设计的观念发生了转变，民居的设计趋势逐渐走向理想化。人们在考虑新式民居的设计与建造时，也需要考虑一个城镇及村落的建筑文脉与历史文化的存在，在成就创新的同时，也要注重传统文化的继承，两者合二为一，相辅相成，共同形成具有当地传统风俗特色的新式住宅。本次阐述了新农居建筑设计的原则，并赋予实践，希望能为新农居建筑设计提供新的设计思路。

Abstract：The design of new farm house is the product of the development of The Times. With the development of people's economic level and the increasing aesthetic ability, people's ideas on the renovation and design of new rural residence have changed, and the design trend of residential houses has gradually become idealized. When considering the design and construction of new-style residential houses, people also need to consider the architectural context and historical culture of a town and village. While achieving innovation, they also need to pay attention to the inheritance of tradition culture. The two combine and complement each other to form new-style residential houses with local traditional customs. This paper expounds the design principles of new rural residence architecture, and gives practice, hoping to provide new design ideas for new residential architecture design.
