针对共享汽车APP的可用性设计研究
摘 要：目前，共享出行成为共享经济中发展最前沿的行业，研究主要是为了提升用户对共享汽车APP操作过程的使用体验，了解现有共享汽车APP使用过程中可用性问题。本文通过问卷调研等形式确定设计模式，其次构建可用性设计评价对样本进行测试，对问题严重等级进行优化设计，最后依据用户体验优先的原则提出共享汽车APP可用性设计策略，改善现有APP的使用体验提供方向。以期为共享汽车APP设计提供有效的指导。

Abstract：At present, Shared travel has become the most cutting-edge industry in the development of sharing economy. The research is mainly aimed at improving users' experience in the operation process of sharing car APP and understanding the usability problems in the use process of existing sharing car APP. In this paper, the design mode is determined through questionnaire survey and other forms. Secondly, usability design evaluation is constructed to test the samples and optimize the design of the severity level of the problem. Finally, usability design strategy for sharing car APP is proposed based on the principle of user experience priority, so as to provide direction for improving the use experience of the existing APP. In order to provide effective guidance for the design of car sharing APP.
