阿尔茨海默症患者陪护机器人产品服务系统设计研究
摘 要：文章研究目的是如何设计出能够提升阿尔茨海默症（Alzheimer Disease，以下简称为AD）患者生活品质，减轻患者家庭护理压力，提高护理效率的陪护机器人产品服务系统。通过对AD患者人群特征分析，特殊需求分类，再根据分类结果结合产品服务系统的三要素，提出AD患者陪护机器人产品服务系统设计思路。文章提出，AD患者是社会弱势群体，为其设计的产品应具备关怀理念，需从产品、服务和系统这三个要素提出设计思路，满足AD患者特殊需求，帮助患者家庭提高陪护效率。

Abstract：This work aims to design an escort robot product-service system that can improve the quality of life of AD patients, reduce the care pressure of the patient’s family, and improve the efficiency of nursing. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the AD patient population, the classification of special needs, and according to the classification results combined with the three elements of the product-service system, the product service system design idea of AD patient accompanying robot was put forward. As AD patients are vulnerable groups in society, products designed for them should have the concept of caring. The design ideas proposed from the three elements of product, service, and system can meet the special needs of AD patients and help patients' families to improve the efficiency of escort.
