环境设计视角下的二三线城市旧工业遗产更新研究
摘 要：本文阐述了二三线城市旧工业遗产概况，并从历史文化价值、经济价值、社会价值三方面论述旧工业遗产更新对其城市发展多重价值意义。通过充分的实地调研与考察，从室内外环境设计两个角度出发，阐述环境设计视角下二三线城市旧工业建筑遗产的更新策略。以期为二三线城市旧工业建筑更新提供一些新的思考与借鉴方向。

Abstract：This paper taking the renewal of Huaiyin Xinhua printing factory as an example, the paper analyzes its urban location based on the perspective of urban renewal, and puts forward the multiple value significance of the old industrial heritage to the development of the second and third-tier cities, such as the historical and cultural value, economic value and social value. Based on sufficient field research and investigation, this paper expounds the specific design methods and strategies for the renewal of old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks from the perspectives of indoor and outdoor environmental design. It provides some new thinking and reference value for the renewal of old industrial buildings in the second and third-tier cities.
