基于服务设计思维的高校校园服务环境建设研究
摘 要：校园服务环境是高校整体服务中的关键组成部分，将服务设计介入校园服务环境建设研究领域，展开对高校校园服务环境建设的探讨。通过对高校及其服务环境本质意义的洞察解析，运用服务设计思维及其特征性研究方法，对构建校园服务环境的“人、物、过程和环境”四个服务系统要素进行分析研究。最终从组织及个体层面切入并总结高校校园服务环境的构建策略，以期为将来实施高校校园服务环境建设提供一定参考与借鉴价值。

Abstract：The campus service environment is a key component of the college service ecosystem. The service design is introduced into the research field of campus service environment construction, and the method of campus service environment construction is discussed based on the essential significance of the colleges its service environment of insight, using the characteristic service design thinking and research methods, service for the construction of campus environment of material processes and the analysis of environmental four service system description from the organization and the individual level eventually cut and summarize college campus building environment of service strategy, in order to serve the future implementation of the campus environment construction to provide certain reference and reference value.
