3D打印技术在产品设计中的运用研究

摘 要:随着科技水平的不断提高,制造技术也不断发展,3D打印技术逐渐被更多人关注,并且在产品设计制造方面起着越来越重要的作用,在产学研三方面又有着重要的价值。目前,比较成熟的3D打印技术有熔融沉积工艺、液态光敏树脂选择性固化工艺、粉末材料选择性烧结工艺。本文从产品生命周期的各个环节详细阐述3D打印技术是如何在产品设计的不同阶段进行运用的。希望3D打印技术有利于减少产品设计、制造、使用的成本,提高企业的效益,使得设计师能够在技术的帮助下更好地实现产品的创新。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of science and technology, and the continuous development of manufacturing technology, 3D printing technology is gradually paid more attention to by more people, and plays an increasingly important role in product design and manufacturing, and has an important value in the three aspects of production, education and research. At present, the mature 3D printing technology includes melt deposition process, liquid photosensitive resin selective curing process and powder material selective sintering process. The application of 3D printing technology in different stages of product design is described in detail from each link of product life cycle. It is hoped that 3D printing technology can help reduce the cost of product design, manufacturing and use, improve the efficiency of enterprises, and enable designers to better realize product innovation with the help of technology.
