用户体验在远程医疗会诊系统设计中的应用研究
摘 要：本文基于用户体验理念，分析出远程会诊系统设计现存问题，探究用户体验在远程医疗会诊系统设计中的应用意义，挖掘出系统中的用户体验、情感理念、应用价值。通过用户体验定性、定量研究法，结合相关案例，分析用户体验在远程医疗会诊系统设计中的发展趋势。远程医疗会诊系统设计需侧重人性化设计、交互性体验，情感化共鸣，以促进用户体验在远程医疗会诊系统设计中更好地应用。

Abstract：The paper based on the concept of user experience, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the design of telemedicine consultation system, explores the application significance of user experience in the design of telemedicine consultation system, and excavates the user experience, emotional concept and application value in the system. Qualitative and quantitative research methods of user experience were used to analyze the development trend of user experience in the design of telemedicine consultation system. The design of telemedicine consultation system should focus on humanized design, interactive experience and emotional resonance, so as to promote the better application prospect of user experience in the design of telemedicine consultation system.
