基于人机工程学的下肢助力外骨骼造型设计研究

摘 要:为解决对外骨骼穿戴舒适度及造型设计研究不足的问题,文章从人体测量学、人体解剖学角度分析了影响下肢助力外骨骼设计的要素,然后根据外骨骼中的人机工程学因素明确了基于人机工程学的人体外骨骼的造型设计原则,最后阐明了人体外骨骼静态尺寸与动态尺寸的设计思路。以期提高外骨骼穿戴舒适度,为相关研究提供思路。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of insufficient research on exoskeleton wearing comfort and shape design, the article analyzes the factors that influence the design of the exoskeleton of the lower limbs from the perspective of anthropometry and human anatomy. Then, according to the ergonomic factors in the exoskeleton, the design principles of the human exoskeleton based on ergonomics are clearly defined. Finally, the design ideas of static size and dynamic size of human exoskeleton are clarified. The article summarizes the methods of using ergonomics to improve the wearing comfort of the exoskeleton and design the shape of the exoskeleton. In order to improve the wearing comfort of exoskeleton and provide ideas for related research.
