金课背景下的《人机工程学》课程教学改革研究
摘 要：针对《人机工程学》课程传统教学模式存在的问题和弊端，在当前建立高阶性、创新性、挑战度的“金课”的背景下，对该课程进行教学设计改革与实践。文章首先分析了金课背景下《人机工程学》课程教学的现状，然后结合目前的现状提出明确教学目标、教学内容系统化、丰富教学方式、综合的考评方式等策略。以期通过教学改革，培养学生具备独立思维能力、信息整合能力和创造性思维能力，推进优质金课建设，为不断发展的工业设计教育行业提供新的思路。

Abstract：Under the background of establishing the "golden course" with high-level, innovative and challenging degree, the paper makes reform and practice of teaching design in view of the problems and disadvantages of traditional teaching mode of ergonomics. This paper analyzes the current situation of "Ergonomics" course teaching under the background of golden course first, and then combined with the current situation puts forward some strategies, such as definite the teaching aim, systematic teaching content, rich teaching methods, comprehensive evaluation methods and so on.This paper hopes that through the teaching reform, students can have independent thinking ability, information integration ability and creative thinking ability, and provide new ideas for promoting the construction of high-quality gold course and the continuous development of industrial design education industry.
