基于QFD及AHP的纺织装备并条机造型设计

摘 要:社会经济的增长促进了纺织行业发展,同时也对纺织加工要求愈发严格。而纺织装备并条机对棉纺加工质量提高具有重要作用。但由于传统纺织装备并条机造型设计的不合理,造成棉纺加工质量依旧存在不足。基于此,本文提出基于QFD及AHP的纺织装备并条机造型设计,在论述QFD及AHP相关概念后,提出设计需求,并根据指标层次分析完整科学的设计流程,最后完成设计方案造型评价,旨在对并条机造型设计提供有效的帮助,满足用户设计需求,这对提高棉纺加工质量也具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Social and economic growth has promoted the development of textile industry, but also more stringent requirements for textile processing. The drawing frame of textile equipment plays an important role in improving the quality of cotton spinning. However, due to the unreasonable design of traditional textile equipment drawing frame, the quality of cotton spinning is still insufficient. Based on this, this paper puts forward the modeling design of textile equipment drawing frame based on QFD and AHP. After discussing the related concepts of QFD and AHP, it puts forward the design requirements analysis to the index level analysis, complete the scientific design process, and finally complete the design scheme modeling evaluation, which can provide effective help to the drawing frame modeling design and meet the design needs of users, which can also improve the quality of cotton spinning processing The meaning of "Ding".
