社区大件垃圾处理服务设计研究
摘 要：随着国家经济的增长，居民生活水平的提高，家具、家电等大件物品的更换频次显著提高。总结大件垃圾的特性，通过了解国外大件垃圾的处理方式，根据我国的实际情况，借助服务设计的方法，探索我国城市社区大件垃圾处理的服务设计流程，从而为我国大件垃圾统一处理提供参考。

Abstract：With the growth of the national economy and the improvement of residents' living standards, the replacement frequency of large items such as furniture and home appliances increases significantly. This paper summarizes the characteristics of large refuse, and explores the service design of large refuse treatment in urban communities in China by understanding the treatment methods of large refuse in foreign countries and according to the actual situation in China with the help of service design, so as to provide reference for the unified treatment of large refuse in China.
