基于用户体验理念的高校一站式网上服务大厅界面设计

摘 要:文章基于用户体验理论探究高校应该如何以用户为中心建设一站式网上服务大厅界面。阐述了用户体验理论以及高校一站式网上服务大厅的概念,通过分析高校网上服务大厅现状,了解到现存问题主要是由于缺乏相关设计理论作为支撑。研究阐述了界面设计的原则,建立了界面设计流程,再结合高校进行具体分析,使高校网上服务大厅更具人性化,以此提高网上办事效率。既符合高校全心为师生服务的宗旨,又能推进高校信息化的建设,为其他高校网上服务大厅建设者提供新的参考。

Abstract:Based on user experience theory, this article explores how colleges and universities should build a one-stop online service hall interface centered on users. Explains the user experience theory and the concept of one-stop online service halls in colleges and universities. By analyzing the status quo of online service halls in colleges and universities, it is understood that the existing problems are mainly due to the lack of relevant design theories as support. The research expounded the interface design principles and methods, established the interface design process, and carried out specific analysis in combination with universities to make the university's online service hall more humane and improve the efficiency of online work. It not only conforms to the purpose of serving teachers and students wholeheartedly in colleges and universities, but also promotes the construction of college informatization and provides new references for the builders of other colleges and universities online service halls.
