社区养老模式下城镇老旧小区居住空间再生设计探索
摘 要：中国进一步推进老旧小区改造政策的出台，使得原有的城镇老旧小区居住空间发生着深刻变革。本文从社区养老模式下的空间需求出发，对老旧小区居住空间再生的需求进行了研究，分析了志愿服务便捷性空间再生的需求、自我价值实现性空间再生的需求、再次学习趣味性空间再生的需求和邻里互助交流性空间再生的需求。并提出了城镇老旧小区的空间再生设计策略，包括老旧社区资源利用和养老社区活动服务的空间再生设计策略。使其更好的适应新时代老旧小区居民生活的需要。

Abstract：China has further promoted the policy of renovation of old residential areas, and the living space of the original old urban residential areas is undergoing profound changes. This article embarks from the community endowment mode space requirements, the demand for living space of older communities regeneration was studied, and analyzes the voluntary service convenience space regeneration needs, self value realization space regeneration demand, learning interest sex again space needs, and neighborhood mutual communication space of the regenerative needs, old town village space regeneration design strategy is put forward, including the old community resource use and retirement community service space regeneration design strategy, make it a better old village residents need to adapt to the new era.
