公筷创新设计研究

摘 要:人们传统共餐、合餐行为对公众卫生、人体健康带来隐患,使得人们对分餐公筷的关注度越来越高,而公筷设计也成为工业设计界的热议话题。本文从餐饮文化背景出发,对现有公筷设计的问题进行分析,提出公筷创新设计的思路,并赋予实践。以期为公筷设计提供新的参考方向,优化饮食行为。

Abstract:People's traditional meal-served on public health, human health brings hidden dangers, so that people pay more and more attention to the public chopsticks, and the design of public chopsticks has become a hot topic in the industrial design circles. Based on the background of catering culture, this paper analyzes the problems of the existing public chopsticks design, puts forward the ideas of the innovative design of public chopsticks, and gives them to practice, with a view to providing a new reference direction for the design of public chopsticks and optimizing the eating behavior.
