人本价值理论下的寒地城市商业步行空间设计

摘 要:商业步行空间是城市的主体,人不仅是城市的创造者,也是城市的使用者。而人本价值的核心正是以人为本,根据需求理论,满足人的生理需要、安全需要、社交需要、归属需要,以及自我实现的需要。本文结合寒地城市步行空间设计中人的运动特点、行为模式,创造具有人性化的寒地城市商业步行空间。以人本价值理论为基础的寒地城市商业步行空间设计具有重要的理论意义和实践意义,为我国寒地城市商业步行空间注入生态活力,同时,也促进了经济的发展。因此,人本价值理论下的寒地城市商业步行空间设计满足当前社会的发展需要。

Abstract:Commercial pedestrian space is the main body of the city, and people are not only the creator of the city, but also the user of the city. The core of human-oriented value is people-oriented. According to the definition of demand theory, it meets people's physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, belonging needs and self-realization needs. Combining the characteristics of people's movement and behavior in the design of pedestrian spaces in cold regions, create a more humane commercial pedestrian space in cold regions. The design of commercial pedestrian space in cold cities based on the theory of humanistic value has very important theoretical and practical significance, and also injects ecological vitality into the commercial pedestrian space of cold cities in China, and improves the level of economic development. Therefore, the design of commercial pedestrian space in cold city based on humanistic value theory meets the needs of current social development.
