基于知情构造理论的产品材质选择方法

摘 要:为进一步提升用户对产品的整体需求满意度,提高材料方案选择的准确性。本文通过知情构造理论展开定量化的数据研究与分析,运用AHP层次分析法与QFD质量屋的集成方法对产品材料属性参数进行权重分析,得出综合材料属性与设计要求间的最佳用户整体满意度权重值。将该集成方法运用于数控机床材质选择评价上,从而验证该方法的可行性与合理性。为产品材料的选择提供科学的参考。

Abstract:In order to further enhance users' satisfaction with the overall demand for products, improve the accuracy of material selection. Develop quantitative data research and analysis through IT theory, use AHP and QFD integration method to analyze the weight of product material attribute parameters, and obtain the best overall user satisfaction between comprehensive material attributes and design requirements Weights. The integrated method is applied to the evaluation of material selection of CNC machine tools to verify the feasibility and rationality of the method. Provide a scientific reference for the selection of product materials.
