岗位需求导向的《交互设计》课程实践教学探索

摘 要:文章以岗位需求为导向,首先,总结传统《交互设计》课程实践存在的三方面问题;其次,依据交互设计师的岗位能力、职责和实际工作流程,提出扩展专业视野,加强思维训练,实施贴合岗位工作流程的项目化教学方法,依据岗位能力需求调整课程考核指标与权重的教学探讨。通过本文的研究,以期提高《交互设计》课程实践教学的系统性和职业导向性,提高学生的岗位能力和职业适应力,为该课程的教学探索提供参考。

Abstract:The paper is oriented by job requirements. First, it summarizes the three problems in the traditional "Interaction Design" course practical; second, based on the job capabilities, responsibilities and actual work processes of the interaction designer, it proposes to expand professional horizons, strengthen thinking training, and implement stickers. The project-based teaching method of the combined job process, the teaching discussion of adjusting the course assessment indicators and weights according to the job ability needs. Through the research of this article, we hope to improve the system and career orientation of the practical teaching of the "Interaction Design" course, improve students' job ability and career adaptability, and provide a reference for the teaching exploration of this course.
