艺术设计类专业技术技能型人才的工匠精神培养研究
摘 要：在当代中国，文化创意产业需要大批技术技能型人才，全面传承和弘扬工匠精神，是时代赋予职业教育的历史使命。本文从艺术设计类专业工匠精神培养入手，创新探索实践机制，探讨了艺术设计类专业技术技能型人才工匠精神培养的意义和路径。以期对艺术设计类技术技能型工匠精神人才培养起到一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract：In present day China, the cultural and creative industry needs a large number of technical and skilled talents, and it is the historical mission of vocational education given by the times to comprehensively inherit and promote the spirit of craftsmanship. This article starts with the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of art and design professionals, innovates and explores the practical mechanism, and studies the significance and path of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of art and design professionals. It is expected to play a certain reference role for the cultivation of art and design technical skills-type craftsman spirit talents.
