便携式ECMO医疗急救器械设计研究

摘 要:体外膜肺氧合(Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation,以下简称ECMO)俗称“叶克膜”。 ECMO产品目前均为国外厂家产品,因而使用费用极高,极大地限制了临床推广应用。文章首先通过对国内外便携式ECMO 系统的设计进行分析,其次总结归纳便携式ECMO医疗急救器械的设计原则,最后划规出设计思路。通过本文的研究,以期优化便携式ECMO医疗急救器械,并使其得以国产化普及,降低患者使用费用。

Abstract:Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation, hereinafter referred to as ECMO) is commonly known as "Yekeme". ECMO products are currently produced by foreign manufacturers, so the use cost is extremely high, which greatly limits the clinical promotion and application. The article first analyzes the design of portable ECMO systems at home and abroad, then summarizes the design principles of portable ECMO medical emergency equipment, and finally draws out design ideas. Through the research of this article, we hope to optimize the design of portable ECMO medical emergency equipment, and make it popularized in China and reduce the cost of patients.
