基于服务设计理念的智能旅游APP设计研究
摘 要：文章运用服务设计的理念对现有智能旅游APP进行研究，阐述结合“互联网+”、数字媒体交互技术打造智能旅游APP的设计价值，探索旅游文化发展新方向，使智能旅游APP以用户体验为中心创新发展模式，推动旅游服务纵深发展。通过用户旅游体验、优化服务流程、服务界面创新、服务接触点设计等方法对智能旅游APP服务设计思路进行研究总结，为旅游行业的发展提供部分参考与借鉴价值。

Abstract：This article uses the concept of service design to study the existing intelligent tourism APP, expounds the design value of combining "Internet +" and digital media interaction technology to create intelligent tourism APP, explores the new direction of tourism culture development, makes the intelligent tourism APP take the user experience as the center to innovate the development mode, and promotes the in-depth development of tourism services. The service design ideas of intelligent tourism APP is studied and summarized through user travel experience, service process optimization, service interface innovation, service contact point design and other methods, so as to provide partial reference and reference value for the development of the tourism industry.
